Causes and solutions of scaling in steam turbine condenser
Condenser is a heat exchanger that condenses the exhaust steam of steam turbine into water, also known as water recovery device. Condenser scaling is generally composed of fine particles of sand, dust, sludge of insoluble salts, colloidal hydroxide, impurities and debris, corrosion products, oil stains, dead bodies of bacteria and algae, and viscous secretions. 1. Conventional cleaning method:

However, because cleaning is a dynamic and not completely computable work, most of the time, equipment cleaning is not so thorough for the sake of safety. Secondly, the waste liquid from cleaning is polluting, and a large amount of money is needed for waste water treatment.
2. Environmental cleaning agent cleaning
