Causes and solutions of scaling in steam turbine condenser
Condenser is a heat exchanger that condenses the exhaust steam of steam turbine into water, also known as water recovery device. Condensers are mainly used in steam turbine power plant, which are divided into water condenser and air condenser. The condensed water generated in the process of condensation, after being collected, will enter the circulating system again and again for recycling. In the process of circulation, scaling often occurs. What should we do when the steam turbine condenser has thick scaling and how to clean it?

Condenser scaling is generally composed of fine particles of sand, dust, sludge of insoluble salts, colloidal hydroxide, impurities and debris, corrosion products, oil stains, dead bodies of bacteria and algae, and viscous secretions. 1. Conventional cleaning method:

If it is not strictly controlled, it is easy to cause corrosion to the equipment. However, because cleaning is a dynamic and not completely computable work, most of the time, equipment cleaning is not so thorough for the sake of safety. Secondly, the waste liquid from cleaning is polluting, and a large amount of money is needed for waste water treatment.
2. Environmental cleaning agent cleaning
It is cleaned by the special Intelite intelligent environment-friendly cleaning agent, which contains strong penetrating agent and stripping agent. During the cleaning process, different metal materials can be automatically identified and protected. Its working principle not only involves chemical reaction for descaling, but also produces physical reaction at the same time of chemical action.
